Emerging Generations

God is doing incredible things in the lives of young people across the UK, and we are seeing that too here. We believe the power of the Holy Spirit isn’t age restricted, and Jesus’ love can bring joy and life to all. We have a great team serving all of our children and youth, read on for more information from Kate and Mercy!

Kids

Here at St Paul’s, we’re passionate about seeing kids become everything they were created to be.
We want them to know the Father, feel the love of Jesus, and experience the Holy Spirit.

Jesus says in Matthew, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these”, and we want this to be true here.

Our heart is for every child to feel at home in the Father’s house, knowing they belong, knowing their identity, and knowing that they can be a light to those around them.

Sundays are filled with fun, joy, and creativity. We worship together as one big family, and then break into our groups to play, make crafts, enjoy snacks, share stories from the Bible, and meet Jesus together.

Youth

At St Paul’s we are passionate about young people in Carlton experiencing and knowing the joy of the Father, the love of the Son and the power of the Holy Spirit through faith, friendship and family (and fun!).

1 Timothy 4:12 says “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” You’re never too young to set an example of how to live a life full of the power of God, and we give space for our young people to lead in our gatherings and in our church family, that we may all live life to its fullest.

As part of the TABLE family of churches, we also have regular time spent with other youth groups across Nottingham, full of laughter, joy, praise and presence.
